For much of my career, I worked inside large institutions, advising senior leaders.
I began to see how ambition, power, and advancement operate inside organizations, and how the stories that govern success and work shape who gets heard, who gets recognized, and who gets ahead.
I created the re.write to study these patterns.
Through research, convenings, and institutional dialogue, the re.write surfaces insights and reimagines the assumptions shaping leadership and modern work.
